Mr. Moran has been involved in over 200 transactions since 1990. He specializes in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and service companies and also provides valuation and consulting services to M&A clients. His creative and pragmatic deal-making methods have earned the trust and respect of his clients.
Tony heads up The Moran Group, a team of seasoned professionals each of whom is experienced in managing vital components of the M&A process, thereby providing focused and competent service in a responsible manner.
He has been awarded the designation of Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (MAMI) by the M&A Source, the world’s foremost organization of middle market intermediaries. He has served as President and seven years as a Director of the California Association of Business Brokers. As President, he was credited with doubling the organization’s membership and developing its infrastructure. He is a popular speaker to professional groups and industry conferences.
Tony received a BS in business administration from Chico State University.
