Brown's responsibilities include specific, per project, industry
research and ongoing development and maintenance of private equity
group and strategic buyer databases. She also prepares offering
memoranda and executes project marketing. Her professional experience
includes management, sales and marketing of trial and video technology
at Legalink, a global court reporting and trial service company.
Prior
to that, she founded an independent video production company.
She has held management positions of increasing responsibility
including the development of quality assurance programs, fiscal
year budget tracking and capital expenditure analysis. Catherine
holds a paralegal certificate from John Marshall Law School.
